Mathias Dick has been a successful coach trained by Peter Szabo since 2000. He is a great advocate of solution focused coaching. He consolidated his in-depth knowledge as a leader in 2009 with the Future Leadership Program, according to Ken Blanchard.

Since 2014, he acquired a wealth of experience as a mentor in the labour market. In this role, he has mentored over 100 well-qualified job seekers, of which over 75% have found re-employment. He understands the needs and pains that come with such a situation.

Petra has been focusing on personal values and their impact on one's own personality and teamwork for years. She has conducted numerous assessments with the specially developed values cards and guided the candidates through the process with a coaching approach.
