Methods

At All In Placement, the focus is on the coachee. Our goal is to accompany the clients so that they can develop their full potential. The coachees receive personal support from us accordingly. As a team, we discuss which coach fits the coachee, use synergies and put together the chosen package (employability, coaching or newplacement) “Taylor made”. For a relaxed coaching atmosphere, the candidates can choose the appropriate accompaniment (in person, online, walking session).

Solution-oriented coaching

Instead of discussing the problems, solution-oriented coaching focuses on discovering the solution. The strengths, skills and talents of the coachee are to be uncovered and mobilized to find the solution. In contrast to «counseling», the coachee thus makes the solution his own. He actively works on the problem solution and thus advances himself in personality.

NLP Coaching

The coaches of All In Placement have been working with Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) for years. NLP coaching helps the coachee communicate more effectively, learn faster, and develop personally to achieve a higher quality of life. An NLP coach recognizes the smallest clues in the behavior and communication of his clients. As a result, he understands them in depth. The limitations that a client has imposed on themselves are uncovered and worked on together in conversation.

Brain science based transformational coaching

Neuroplasticity and the creation of new habits are powerful tools that have shown great results within the transformational coaching field. Being aware of a specific issue is not sufficient to shift the beliefs and identity of the coachee. A transformational coaching approach gives the coachee the opportunity to shift what is no longer needed and adopt new perspectives that bring the desired results.

Talent Assessment

All In Placement works with three different personality tests:

Both the CliftonStrengths Strengths Test and the Enneagram tell us which talents distinguish someone, how the nature of the talents can be used to be successful in business and in private life. The CliftonStrengths test also shows us how to best nurture and develop these talents and under what conditions.

The Enneagram provides us with a picture of the unconscious need structure and response tendencies that characterize the individual. The origins of the Enneagram go back to ancient philosophy and early Christian theology.

The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) recognizes 16 different personality types (16 personalities). The MBTI test considers the typology of Carl Gustav Jung. This typology states that thinking and feeling, cognition and sensation of a person can be oriented outward or inward. The result is four letters from the 16 personality types, which stand for four character dimensions.

Values assessment

Personal values and ideals not only serve as a guideline for our actions, they are also a compass for important decisions. Values shape and reflect one's own personality, which in turn exerts a formative influence on a team or company. This makes it all the more important to ensure that employees' values are both consistent with the existing culture of the company and/or a team and mutually understood. The basis for this is a 60-part set of cards, each with a value-relevant keyword.
