The customer is informed by means of this privacy policy how All In Placement handles the collection, use, disclosure, storage and protection of the customer's personal data. This privacy policy applies to the website www.allinplacement.ch.

 

By using the website, the customer accepts this privacy policy and agrees to the collection, storage, processing, use, disclosure and protection of his personal data. The customer can revoke his consent at any time with effect for the future.

 

If the customer does not provide ALL IN PLACEMENT with the required data, it may at most be that he cannot use the entire offer of the website.

The customer can send a quote request to ALL IN PLACEMENT or request additional information from ALL IN PLACEMENT via web form. It is mandatory to provide the following data for this purpose:

 

  • Company

  • First and last name

  • Telephone number

  • E-mail address

 

c. USE OF ANALYTICS TOOLS

ALL IN PLACEMENT uses analytics tools on its website to collect data about the customer's interaction with the website, links the customer clicks on, and other actions the customer takes as part of ALL IN PLACEMENT's services. d. CONSENT

By providing mandatory and, if applicable, additional voluntary data, the customer consents to its collection, processing, use, and disclosure for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

 

4. DISCLOSURE OF DATA TO THIRD PARTIES

The transfer of data to third parties occurs to the extent necessary for the execution of the contract. ALL IN PLACEMENT does not trade or sell customer information.

This personal data is also used only in the aforementioned contexts and may not be used for other purposes.

 

  • With the consent of the customer: In all other cases, the customer will be informed if personal information is to be shared with third parties. The customer is thus given the opportunity to give his consent.

5. DURATION OF STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA AND ITS DELETION

The customer data will be deleted as soon as they are no longer required for the fulfilment of the purpose for which they were collected, e.g. within the framework of a contractual relationship. If necessary, the data will only be blocked if deletion is not possible for legal or factual reasons (e.g. storage obligations due to tax law requirements).

 

If the customer moves on the website, the data collected under point 3 lit. a will be automatically deleted after 30 days. The collected data of customers according to point 3 lit. b remain stored until the customer request is processed.

 

6. SECURITY

ALL IN PLACEMENT protects the data of its customers by technical and organizational security measures to minimize risks in connection with their loss, misuse, unauthorized access and unauthorized disclosure and modification. For this purpose, firewalls and data encryption are used, for example, as well as authorization controls for data access.

 

7. ANALYSIS TOOLS

ALL IN PLACEMENT uses so-called tracking technologies to continuously improve and optimize the website. These include, in particular, Google Analytics and similar programs. 8. RIGHTS OF THE CUSTOMER

a. IN GENERAL

The customer can also request information at any time about what data is stored about him.

 

He can demand the correction, deletion and blocking of his personal data as long as this is legally permissible and possible within the framework of an existing contractual relationship.

 

He can assert these rights via the address mentioned under point 1.

 

b. REVOCATION OF CONSENT

The customer may at any time revoke his consent to the collection, processing, use and disclosure of his personal data in accordance with this privacy policy. However, ALL IN PLACEMENT may no longer be able to provide the customer with full access to allinplacement.ch and the services offered on this website.

 

9. MODIFICATION OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY

ALL IN PLACEMENT has the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time. The amended Privacy Policy will be posted on the Website and the Customer is advised to consult it from time to time in order to be up to date. ALL IN PLACEMENT reserves the right to notify the customer by email in the event of material changes to the Privacy Policy.
