Terms & Conditions

The following are the general terms and conditions for the accompaniment of candidates of professional and managerial staff of All In Placement cooperation.

 

All In Placement cooperation focuses on the areas of employee development in companies (employability), coaching of employees and job seekers as well as newplacement. In the areas of employability and coaching, individual offers are made and the projects of the All In Placement cooperation are carried out exclusively.

 

In the case of newplacement, the amount of the fee is defined in advance. If no fee is agreed in advance, the rates according to the General Terms and Conditions of the All In Placement cooperation apply.

 

The amount of the fee is calculated on the basis of the selected package.

Fee rates on request.

 

Employability

  • Package Pilatus (within 4 months, up to 12 sessions)

Executive Coaching

  • Package Säntis (within 6 months, up to 20 sessions)

Newplacement

  • Package Rigi (within 4 months, up to 18 sessions)

  • Package Matterhorn (within 6 months, up to 30 sessions)

  • Package Mont Blanc (within 9 months, sessions as needed)

 

An extension month will be charged. All prices on request.

 

2/3 of the fee is due upon conclusion of the contract. 1/3 of the fee is due at the end of the contractually agreed support period, or at the signing of an employment contract in the case of a newplacement. Any additional services will be discussed with the client in advance and charged accordingly.

The prices are exclusive of value added tax, billing is done by the cooperation partner todai gmbh.

 

All In Placement cooperation and the customer commit themselves to absolute discretion. No data and information will be passed on to third parties.

 

The GTCs are binding in any case and come into force upon conclusion of a contract between All in Placement and the client.

 

Should a clause of the GTCs not be legally binding, the remaining points of the GTCs shall apply unchanged.

 

The GTCs are subject to Swiss law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Zug.
